These bunny cupcakes were a hit at work today. I used the star tip for most of the bunny. To make black frosting, I used chocolate store icing and added black gel food coloring. The nose and inside of the ears I used “no taste” red food coloring gel on buttercream icing. These are such an odd size I just small plastic coated paper plates and once iced I cut the edges off and rounded the corners. From my family to yours best wishes for a Happy Easter!
