Mini Pies

Mini Pies

I found these mini pie shells at the store and decided to surprise my family.  The package had six shells and was under $2.00.  I used Jell-O pudding and pie mix which only takes a few minutes to make.  The box mix made enough for 12 mini pies.  After dinner I brought out the pies and with a squirt of whip cream they were ready to serve.  They were a huge hit and so easy to make.  These would be a great addition to your bake sales.  If you don’t like pudding, then add some fruit filling.
