Emu Egg Night Light

Emu Night Light

This emu egg is perfect size for a night-light.  It is 4 1/4″ tall.  I used a craft drill and the smallest bits that come with it to etch the egg and then had to break into my husband’s drill bits to find one small enough to make the holes.  I made the opening larger at the bottom of the egg and put in a flameless candle to light up the egg.  This was a tough project but I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.  I’m going to have to order some more eggs to play with.
