Sad New From the Davis Household

Yesterday, I am sad to say, my husband passed away from a massive heart attack. Jim was not only a great spouse but encouraged my creative side. Before I started this blog for years both of us would enter Doll Houses in the Orange County Fair. It was something that we did as a family project. We got a lot of blue ribbons and as soon as we picked it up the dollhouse it was donated to various charities so we could start the next one. Jim was a great military model builder and those models also took home more than a few blue ribbons. It is not often that you find a kindred spirit that is not only your spouse but also your best friend. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers. I will take a short break from any new postings while I take care of the hundreds of details that will require all of my efforts for the next couple of weeks. There are 305 post that should keep you supplied with lots of projects to make. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to leave me a comment and I will get back to you just as soon as I can. Thank you all for your understanding and support.

Best regards,
Lynn Davis
