Shamrock Cupcakes

Surprise your guest with some Shamrock Cupcakes.  The shamrocks are made with the same mold as the suckers.  Add a little Irish Cream extract to your icing and inject into the cupcake for a special surprise.

Craft Umbrellas

I purchased these craft umbrellas at Oriental Trading Company.  I used fabric markers and some little gems to decorate the umbrellas.  My grandson is a train nut and my granddaughter likes lots of bling.

Chocolate Snowman Boxes

You can purchase this mold at KitchenKraft.com.  I made two different types, peppermint cream and milk chocolate.  I fill them with some chocolate gingerbread boys and MM’s and handed them out at work today.
