If you Dad has a sweet tooth you could make him some chocolate coated Oreos. The molds you can find at Michaels or JoAnn craft stores. Use chocolate Candy Melts and melt them and stir the chocolate until all the lumps are out. There are a lot of different flavors of Oreo. The mint/chocolate or peanut butter are the most popular.
