There is nothing better than spending an afternoon with my granddaughter making cupcakes. At six years old she is quite the authority on how she wants them to look. We made a batch of woopie pie cakes using a white cake mix, one tablespoon of rum extract and some green food coloring. We started out making shamrock cupcakes but when she saw the eyes, well as you can see we changed to monster faces.
