This is great for any princess party. The pan you can get from JoAnn or Michaels. Add a princess in the top tower. I made her our of fondant and hand painted the face with food coloring gel and clear vanilla extract.
The barbie is made using the wonder mold from Wilton. Ice with buttercream then lay a fondant skirt over top. The body is a pick. Use some fondant for the shirt and decorate. The friends are little picks that picked up from Michaels. Put them all together for a festive display.

This little cookie monster was made using the baseball pan. Cut a little off the bottom so it doesn’t roll off. I used the star tip for most of this. Cut a small wedge for the mouth and add a cookie and it will bring a smile to the kids of any age.
One of my friends had found a picture in a magazine that had cupcakes suspended above a cake and thought it would be great for her boss’ birthday cake. I tried several different different thing but couldn’t get it to stay up so I made my own. I took some plastic straws and the rose stands that you would use to make a icing rose and hotglued them together with the glue on the inside of the straw so that nothing was on the outside. I waited until right before the party to put the mini cupcakes on then surrounded the rest of the cake to make a festive display.
For any get together cupcakes are always a hit. Make you celebration extra special by making red or blue stars out of candy melts. The get the two tone effect on the cupcake paint a stripe of red or blue food gel in your piping bag and add white buttercream. Use a large star tip to make the swirl on top of the cupcakes and they are ready to be served.

This will brighten up your holiday celebration. Use the flower plan and star tip. The red stars are made with candy melts. You can get the flower plan and the candy mold at Michael or JoAnn’s craft stores.
I made this cake for one of my friend who became a notary. The notary seal is a picture encased in plastic at attached to a cookie base. I took a round cookie and a long tube shaped cookie to make the base. I attached the cookies to themselves with chocolate and after it set up dip the entire cookie is chocolate to make it look like one piece. The scroll had plastic covering everywhere it touched the cake. Add some fondant flowers and you are finished.
The screen of the computer is an actual picture that is put inbetween a self laminating pouch to seal it in. Next it is hot glued to cardboard the the sides and back are covered with fondant. The letters on the keyboard are hand painted squares.
Mario is hand painted on fondant using clear vanilla extract and gel food coloring. Add some festive sprinkles and you are finished.
